Hit the tilde “~” key. Type: player.coc locationID. Substitute the

doesn’t do so well in that quest) go to Northwest of Bravil, to the

sneak continuously, upping your sneak skill.

In the arena in the Imperial city, check out the blue team archer as
he does archery. Sometimes, about half the time, you can enter there
and the arrows he was using are there and you can take them without
getting caught. BUT SAVE FIRST, because you only get away clean about
half the time. Not great odds, but hey – free stuff!
